That’s where I come in. My name is Dana Lemon—I am a licensed REALTOR® and relocation specialist, and this competitive edge is engrained in my DNA. Growing up on a farm right here in North Carolina, I was riding and showing horses competitively from a young age. I took this passion all the way to Athens, Georgia, where I competed as a Division I Equestrian, was named MVP of the Southeastern Conference, became a two-time NCAA national champion, and placed as a top-10 World Finisher. (And I am married to a former D-I Football player who played defensive end for North Carolina State and the University of Georgia!)
As my horse-riding career wound down, I turned my focus to my future passion: Real Estate. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics & Housing with an emphasis in Residential Property Management, I continued my education at the University of Texas at Arlington, where, in 2012, I received my Masters in City, Community and Regional Planning with an emphasis in Economic Development.
Prior to putting my degrees to use in the Real Estate sector, I founded and operated an innovative restaurant delivery service in Raleigh, called Doorstep Delivery (think DoorDash or UberEats before they existed). After tremendous growth and selling the business to the leading independent provider of mobile food delivery services in the United States, I decided to focus on my real estate dream. I started investing in properties around the Raleigh area, joined Property Specific Realty in Wake Forest and began helping both buyers and sellers navigate real estate transactions. I now work with a wide range of clients and sectors, including first-time home buyers, investors, relocations, luxury custom homes, land acquisition, and new construction. Having grown up in North Carolina, competed at the highest levels, and learned from living in some of the fastest growing regions of the country in Georgia, Texas, and right here at home, I offer you the competitive advantage of a partner who knows what it takes to capitalize on real estate opportunities.
