Neighborhood Spotlight – Downtown Raleigh – Inside the Beltline

⭐If your desire is to within minutes of attractions, museums, restaurants, parks, live music venues, town events, and have a passion to live within Raleigh’s historic neighborhoods, then inside the beltline is just for you! Many of most desired neighborhoods in Raleigh fall inside the beltline all with their own distinct character and vibe. You’ll find serene residential neighborhoods blocks away from vibrant and bustling commercial districts with local eateries, boutique shops, breweries, and some of the best local parks in Raleigh like Pullen Park with paddle boats and known for their amazing Christmas light displays, to Dorothea Dix Park where the famous Dreamville Fest is held every year. Inside the beltline boasts a variety of housing styles and prices from little bungalows built in the early 1900s, student housing, apartments, condos, golf course estates, to brand new mulit-million dollar modern masterpieces.

⭐Daily life includes strolling the many shops and restaurants at the Village District, browsing the local farm stalls at the Farmer’s Market, having a drink at the numerous breweries, stopping for a dessert at a local bakery, and enjoying the nightlife of Glenwood South. Many festivals, parades, and food truck rodeos throughout the year line the streets of downtown for weekend events. Explore the many museums for learning about NC history and fun kid activities at Marbles, Museum of Natural Science, Pope House, and several others.

⭐There are a number of school campuses located within the beltline- NC State, Meredith, Shaw, Campbell, St. Augustine, and Peace College along with an all-girls high school- St. Mary’s. Wiley Magnet Elementary School was even named Top Magnet School in the US!
