The first moment my husband and I met Cassie Hilton we knew we had chosen the right realtor for us. First off, she was extremely personable, warm, charming and unpretentious. If memory serves me correctly, we met with Cassie on a Monday or Tuesday, and by Wednesday & Thursday of the same week she had sent the photo teams out for top notch professional pictures of our beautiful property including drone aerial and panoramic photos. On Friday the property was listed on Zillow and other real estate platforms. By the weekend she was holding our first open house which generated several offers. The following week she held a second open house that produced the Offer that secured the deal with the NEW OWNERS. Whitney is, hands down, THE BEST!!! My son is relocating from Tennessee to Raleigh in the next few weeks and I knew I couldn't do it without help. Whitney has been right there ansering ALL our questions lightening fast, providing virtual tours and givving invaluable information about each community and it's surroundings. Purchasing a home at this time is very challenging, however, Kathleen with Property Specific worked with me every step of the way.
